Michael Ross is from Marietta, Georgia..  He went to Virginia Tech where he earned a B.A. and then he obtained his law degree from Michigan State University.  Even though he went to school out of state he returned to Atlanta so that he could help people in his hometown obtain justice.  Mr. Ross, after graduating from law school, was a trial attorney with the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office for six years.  Michael Ross has been in private practice since leaving the Public Defender’s Office.  He has handled thousands of felonies and misdemeanors in his career.  He has extensive courtroom experience in all phases of criminal law, including pre-trial motions, trials, post-conviction relief and appeals.  Michael Ross represents people in all the Georgia courts as well as in Federal Court in the Northern District of Georgia.
